Each year, we run the event many people don’t book. When this happens, we run out of seafood, and this is disappointing for people who have booked.
So this year, we are taking a $25 deposit upfront, which you can use at the Bar to purchase drinks during the day.
If you are unable to attend, inform us by 13 January 2025, and we will mail you a $25 voucher for future club visits.

🤝 Join the Team: Volunteer for the Seafood Spectacular! 🌟
For the Seafood Spectacular to be a success, we need around 10-15 volunteers each year to fund some repairs to our main pontoon.
The tasks we need help with are:
- Operating the can bar
- Operating the prawn bar
- Running some raffles
- Loading back fridges with alcohol
- Taking plates and cutlery back to the bistro
- Putting up and taking down some marques
- Collecting glasses for the bar
- Putting rubbish in the bins.
We will provide lunch, refreshments and some fresh prawns for our volunteers. In addition, we will provide each volunteer with a $25 voucher to use at the Club on a different day to the seafood.
Please let us know here if you can help and what role you would be happy to do. We thank you in advance. Please email Tracey Rore, our Club Manager, here.
