The Australian Eagles Show Set to Take Over Straddie’s Waterfront This June 2026

Dunwich, North Stradbroke Island — The Little Ship Club is bringing one of Australia’s premier tribute acts to its iconic waterfront this winter, with The Australian Eagles Show set to perform live on Saturday 6 June 2026.
Celebrating 50 years of Hotel California, the show delivers an immersive live music experience featuring two powerful sets — including a full live performance of the Hotel California album, followed by a second set of the Eagles’ greatest hits.
Audiences can expect to hear classics such as Desperado, Take It Easy, Life in the Fast Lane and New Kid in Town, performed with the harmonies and musicianship that made the Eagles one of the world’s best-selling bands.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Moreton Bay, the event promises a relaxed, open-air atmosphere combining live music, coastal views, and a strong social energy that the Little Ship Club is known for.
“We’re excited to bring this calibre of live music to Straddie,” said Charles Ainsworth, Commodore of the Little Ship Club. “It’s about creating experiences — great music, great food, and a setting that people genuinely enjoy spending time in.”
The event will also feature Dave Ritter, performing between sets to keep the energy flowing throughout the day. Known for his engaging live performances and extensive repertoire, Dave’s setlist spans crowd favourites from artists such as CCR, AC/DC, Cold Chisel, The Beatles and Van Morrison, ensuring something for everyone.
All tickets are general admission, with a mix of table seating and lawn seating available. Table seating is limited and allocated on a first in, first served basis. Lawn seating is on the grass and guests should bring their own low chair or blanket. Food will be available for purchase on the day, including prawns, oysters, pub-style meals and two specialty food trucks.
Part of the club’s evolving “Bands on the Bay” series, the event reflects a growing focus on bringing high-quality live music to one of South East Queensland’s most unique waterfront venues.
With only 360 tickets available, including 160 table seating tickets allocated on a first in, first served basis, organisers are encouraging guests to book early.
Please note, this is a no-dogs event.
